We have an immediate opportunity for a
Senior Project Manager
in the Santa Clara County area. Duties and Responsibilities Create and execute project plans, making adjustments as needed. Manage project costs, schedules, and change orders. Maintain all project-related documents. Communicate effectively and manage risk. Implement necessary changes to meet crew and client demands. Track and manage job costs using Excel. Manage client relationships, including unpaid invoices. Build and maintain strong communication with clients and their teams for future business and project adjustments. Handle day-to-day client interactions. Prioritize daily work activities effectively. Ensure accurate data entry. Experience and Education At least 4 years managing PGE projects and working with field personnel. Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). At least 4 years of experience in Electrical Utilities Construction. Understanding of revenue models, profit and loss, and construction cost projections. Detail-oriented, organized, results-driven, and a critical thinker. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
