Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

• Administrative duties: scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering
• Team development-hire and training a successful team
• Customer satisfaction and problem resolution
• Manage costs and profitability
• Promote a safe and friendly work environment
  

Restaurant General Manager Requirements

• 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Experience managing 25 or more employees
• Experience managing up to 2 million in sales
• Open availability including weekends
• Great attitude
