Our exciting restaurant group seeks a dynamic and high-energy General Manager for our high-end restaurant concept. This candidate must come from an upscale, independent, Michelin Star restaurant. The candidate should be near Spanish speaking fluency and should know how to inspire and motivate a team to be focused on delivering a guest experience that exceeds expectations.
General Manager Qualifications And Responsibilities

• 5+ years of General Manager experience with tenure of 3+ years
• Must speak Spanish
• Understand a P&L and daily administration
• Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
• Manage the day-to-day running of the operation
• Train, coach, and develop hourly team members
• Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu
• Experience in a fine-dining Michelin Star-rated restaurant
• Fine dining experience with pre-fixe menus required
• Some wine knowledge preferred
