Oso & Me is a fast-growing children’s lifestyle brand focused on elevated essentials with playful, functional design. We are seeking an experienced Operations & Customer Service Manager to oversee inventory, logistics, customer service, and 3PL operations as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Manage inventory levels across all systems and warehouses
  • Oversee SKU setup, accuracy, and product lifecycle
  • Coordinate restocks, transfers, and reorder timelines
  • Align with production and sales teams on inventory planning
  • Lead customer support efforts with a solutions-first mindset
  • Resolve order issues and coordinate with fulfillment partners
  • Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing to improve post-purchase experience
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments (domestic and international)
  • Handle customs documentation and routing compliance
  • Optimize freight costs and ensure timely deliveries
  • Act as main contact for 3PL partners
  • Monitor performance, accuracy, and issue resolution
  • Manage returns and ensure proper processes are followed

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with production, technical design, sales, and warehouse teams
  • Align on shipping, packaging, and labeling needs
  • Coordinate timelines for wholesale and DTC product launches

Process Optimization & Performance Tracking

  • Develop and maintain SOPs for shipping, receiving, and routing
  • Track operational KPIs (lead times, delivery accuracy, returns, etc.)
  • Report regularly to leadership on performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years experience in operations, logistics, or customer service (apparel/DTC preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Strong 3PL and inventory management experience
  • Familiarity with apparel production
  • Bonus: Experience with ApparelMagic
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
