Responsibilities:

  • 10 to 13 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, or Analytics Consulting roles.
  • Expertise in SQL-based modeling and tools such as dbt, T-SQL, or Fabric Model Designer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Semantic Models, Direct Lake).
  • Proven ability to migrate legacy BI platforms like MicroStrategy to Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Deep knowledge of Tableau (dashboard design, server configurations, governance).
  • Develop and performance-tune complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL or T-SQL scripts.
  • Perform end-to-end data validation and ensure delivery of high-quality, accurate datasets.
  • Evaluate business requirements, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) testing, and identify anomalies in source systems.
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience in performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
