About the firm:

Join some of the nation's top law firms in Texas, renowned for their excellence in Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense. They are seeking a talented and dynamic Attorney to join their elite team.

Remote role with offices in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of Civil Litigation/Insurance matters.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members on complex legal matters.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Texas.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
