We’re looking for a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our San Francisco team!

Our well-established firm focuses on insurance coverage , bad faith , landlord/tenant disputes , and complex personal injury matters . This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney eager to gain hands-on experience while working alongside seasoned trial lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analyze insurance policies
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
  • Manage discovery, including written discovery and document production
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and other litigation settings
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of civil litigation or insurance coverage experience
  • Active CA Bar license in good standing
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Commitment to client service and long-term professional development
