As the Lead CLS, you will take on both leadership and technical responsibilities to ensure high-quality laboratory testing for patient care. You will perform analyses in microbiology according to expected performance standards and exercise broad decision-making authority with independence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise laboratory personnel in their daily operations.- Ensure high-quality laboratory testing and compliance with safety and performance standards.- Provide technical oversight and support to laboratory staff.- Perform analysis in microbiology and other areas, including Blood Bank, UA, CBC & ISTAT.- Handle related administrative duties and assist in maintaining laboratory efficiency.- Participate in training and development of laboratory staff. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Medical Technology or a related clinical field.- Certification from ASCP is required.- Valid California Clinical Lab Scientist license.- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.- Minimum of 5 years of laboratory supervisory experience.- Comprehensive knowledge in Blood Bank, UA, CBC, and ISTAT processes.
