The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the field and will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures that are vital for patient diagnosis and treatment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct various laboratory tests in areas such as blood analysis, microbiology, and immunology.- Perform phlebotomy and handle blood samples following established protocols.- Ensure accuracy and precision in test results and maintain quality control standards.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate laboratory services.- Participate in weekend and holiday rotation as needed to meet the facility's demands. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.- Certified as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) through AMT or ASCP.- Proficient in phlebotomy techniques.- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including occasional weekends and holidays.- Availability and willingness to undergo a fingerprinting process within 48 hours of acceptance of a job offer. Important Information: - This position does not offer self-scheduling; candidates must be prepared for flexible assignments as required by the facility.- Compliance documents must be submitted 7 days before the start date.- Full date of birth and Social Security Number are required for submission.- Proof of COVID vaccination is mandatory with submission; no declinations will be accepted.
