American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for day shifts with experience in PET and general nuclear medicine, working on Siemens PET CT and nuclear medicine cameras.
Responsibilities Work in a nuclear medicine department within a hospital settingNo cardiac imaging performed in this departmentCompetency with Siemens PET CT, Siemens, and Philips nuclear medicine cameras requiredPET and general nuclear medicine cases handledChoice of 4x10 hour or 5x8 hour day shifts, starting at 6:30 AMCharting experience with Epic is preferredTravelers may be expected to float to similar units within their scope as neededRoyal blue or khaki scrubs requiredTraining modules completed onsite during orientation and recorded via transcriptsNo travel pairs or groups accepted for this assignmentCandidates who have worked as permanent staff must have a gap of one year before returning as a travelerNo more than 3 days of requested time off will be approved, and no time off is allowed during the first week of orientationLocal candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted
