We look for team members who are driven by innovation and excellence, striving to serve our customers by doing what is right-with integrity, teamwork, and accountability.As a Business Analyst, you will ensure the data sources, reports, and information the business uses to support customer experiences are well-defined, monitored, and effective at delivering what each business user needs, when they need it. You will establish the framework to identify opportunities using data and share them so business leaders can prioritize the opportunities as improvements.Growth and development are important aspects of this position. Whether you aspire to be a leader or a technical expert, this position will set you up for success in the future.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities and activities for this position include:Explore, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, inconsistencies, abnormalities or opportunities for research.Prepare reports and data visualizationsProactively identify and mitigate data quality issuesIdentify correlations, patterns, and trends in data sets to translate into business opportunitiesEvaluate organizational and/or operational needs through use of data and recommend solutions.Gather feedback to drive improvements to data used to evaluate customer experiences.Work directly with stakeholders to understand and transform business requirements into data-driven solutions.Establish standards and best practice for reporting and analyticsUse a critical problem-solving approach to identify opportunities, architect solutions, and clearly communicate strategic ideas in a clear, simple manner.Identify and directs the implementation of data analysis improvements that improve the quality of customer experiences and enables organizational growth.Maintain a positive culture of continuous process improvement.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or relatedStrong problem-solving and data collection skillsData visualization experience (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Ability to support and present to stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:4+ years of analytical experienceContinuous Improvement experience (LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar)Knowledge of customer data platforms, ERP, and PLM systemsExperience with Power AutomateWe value our employees by providing:Competitive compensation based on skillsIndustry leading health, dental, and vision plansGenerous 401 (K) savings and profit sharingOn-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking pathsEducation assistance and internal training programsElectric vehicle chargingMaternity & paternity leaveInterested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
