We’re growing our team and looking for a driven inside sales representative ready to take the next step in their career. $21 - $25 hourly Responsibilities:

Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Provide customers with educational information regarding their solar benefits Schedule them for a free solar consultation Present to them face-to-face Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Two years of previous sales experience About Company Our mission is to inspire the next generation with optimism, teamwork, and results.
