For the 2025-2026 school year, AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to Early Elementary students (K-3rd Grade) in Palos Park, Illinois. This FMLA role begins mid-October 2025 and runs through the end of January 2026 supporting 12 students across two functional classrooms, most of whom use AAC devices. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with young learners, facilitate multimodal communication development, and be part of a collaborative team of SLPs. Responsibilities

Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to early elementary students (K-3rd grade), Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM. Deliver therapy services within an elementary educational setting for kindergarten-3rd grade students. Current caseload responsibilities include 12 students across two functional classrooms, with most students using AAC devices. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address early speech and language developmental needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ multimodal communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning. Pay & Benefits

Hourly Range: $47.00-$57.00, based on experience and qualifications. Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date. Benefits:

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (IDFPR and PEL). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP. New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply!
