AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy two-three days per week (one day must be Wednesday) to 9th-12th grade students in Richton Park, Illinois. This part-time role begins August 7th, 2025, and runs through May 22nd, 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with high school students across a variety of ages and abilities and contribute to their multimodal communication development. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to address speech and language needs while growing within a supportive and mission-driven organization. Responsibilities

Provide part-time speech and language therapy services 2-3 days/week, 7:30AM-3:00PM, to 9th-12th grade students with a variety of abilities. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Part-Time SLP Pay & Benefits (

Hourly Range: $46-$56/hour, based on experience and qualifications, paid every Friday for each hour worked. 401K with a 3% employer match (able to contribute from Day 1!) PTO accrued at a rate of 1 hour for every 35 hours worked. 1:1 Clinical Support –

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (IDFPR and PEL). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP. New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply!
