Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage across Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance. Educate & Guide Clients
Conduct consultations to explain policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and professional manner. Meet & Exceed Sales Goals
Drive consistent performance to achieve individual and agency targets. Establish trust , ensure policy retention, and provide ongoing support to meet clients evolving needs.
Requirements Active Insurance Licenses or must be willing to obtain Sales & Customer Service
Experience Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
Ability to clearly explain complex policies and close sales effectively. Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision. Tech-Savvy & Organized
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for managing leads and client information. Professional & Ethical
Approach Commitment to delivering quality service while adhering to all industry regulations.
