Stacked STL , we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Prep Cook
to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re organized, efficient, and passionate about food prep, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
Wash, chop, slice, and portion fresh ingredients according to recipes and prep lists
Handle basic cooking tasks and make sure all prep items are ready for service
Keep your prep station clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times
Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth flow and timely service
Properly label, date, and store ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste
What We’re Looking For
Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen tools/equipment
Previous prep or kitchen experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
Ability to follow recipes, directions, and prep lists with accuracy
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
Dependable, team-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
Weekend availability is required
