JOB DESCRIPTION

Settlement Clerk - FL

FLSA:

Department:

Administration - Part-Time

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Settles check payments collected daily by Delivery Service Representatives.

Assists with special projects as needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

Settles daily sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner according to Company procedures. Balances drivers' daily check payments collected. Verifies check deposits agree to driver documentation. Compiles and prepares various reports as requested by management. Maintains route variance reports for drivers. Able to follow explicit and detailed instructions effectively. Able to handle high volume processing under pressure of deadlines. Possesses basic computer skills, including Windows and Excel. Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment. Displays a friendly, professional and courteous manner at all times when interacting with customers, visitors or facility personnel in person or on the telephone. Proficient in using a 10 key calculator. Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience:

High School diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years office/cashier/accounting experience desired. Working Conditions:

Normal office environment. Part-time, 30 hours per week

Work Schedule:

Tuesdays - Saturdays, 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Hourly Pay:

$18 - $20 based on experience

401K : 60% matching up to 10% of salary
