You will be the Multi-Functional Quality Supervisor for the F-35 Quality Delivery Operations team, which is responsible for leading F-35 Product-Quality activities across multiple build areas. What You Will Be Doing Leading Quality activities across multiple build areas, including Aircraft Finishing Facility, Acceptance Test Facility, and Flight Operations. Serving as the primary Point of Contact for F-35 Delivery Operations Quality Teams and liaison between Production and DCMA Teams. Managing and leading Quality Control Analysts and Union-represented Quality Inspectors. Building and maintaining professional working relationships with teams across the F-35 program. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for process and product improvement across build areas. Who You Are The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and experienced leader with a strong background in Quality Management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with teams across the F-35 program. Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of aviation flight line experience. 3+ years of supervising and leading people. 2+ years of aviation quality experience. Demonstrated aircraft maintenance and sortie (flight) generation technical acumen. Demonstrated professional experience leading multi-functional teams. Demonstrated Change Management, Conflict Resolution, Interpersonal Relationship and Team Building skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external Customers, Team Members, Leadership, Colleagues and Peers. Desired Skills Associate's degree in aviation, manufacturing, management, leadership, or related discipline. Experience with Product-Quality methods either from the quality or manufacturing perspective. Experience exercising Aircraft "Safe for Flight Release" certification. Fighter or bomber aircraft maintenance and sortie (flight) generation experience Experience managing FOD incident, Lost Tool, mishap, and product non-conformance investigations. Ability to effectively navigate complex product and process-related requirements to validate non-conformances and develop corrective actions in coordination with DCMA and Production colleagues. Experience with Microsoft Office Systems, Automated Logistics Information System (ALIS) or similar Aircraft maintenance management Systems, Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar manufacturing system, Product Data Management (PDM) or similar engineering database, Quality Assurance Documentation System (QADS) or similar system. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
