Executive Producer, TikTok Shop Livestream

sWe are seeking a highly organized Executive Producer for a new series of beauty-focused TikTok Shop Livestreams in partnership with top creators. This person will drive the creative vision and lead/influence a new team, as we build a sub-business within SuperOrdinary

.
Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Ownership of each livestream, responsibility for the final result for each show, and helping the GM build up the production team from scrat
  • chWork with creative producer on: Scheduling livestreams (including prep sessions, rehearsals, regroups), build livestream rundown with product ops and ads team, write show scripts, direct creative strategy during lives, direct host and cameras, run end-to-end production when li
  • veLead the whole production team to prepare the product strategy for every show, including but not limited to product demos, creative brainstorm , suggest on set decoration et
  • c.Optimize live session performance using platform metrics to assess audience engagement both during and post-lives, including product performance and overall session effectiveness; optimize future sessions by working closely with data analyst/strategi
  • stProvide actionable feedback on engagement trends, top-performing products, and areas for improveme
  • ntoversee the whole live operation process and work on operation optimizati
