Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Business Development, located in Wilmington, DE, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Creating and executing strategic business plans
Generating and qualifying high-value leads
Leading contract negotiations and closing deals
Managing and expanding key accounts
Collaborating across teams to align go-to-market strategies
Driving revenue growth and market expansion

Qualifications

Proven success in new business development and lead generation
Experience of 12-15+ years in business planning and account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience in technology, data, or SaaS industry is a plus
Immediate joiners preferred
