Position Summary:

As the Head of Treasury, you will sit at the table with the CFO and CEO in Houston, driving strategy across cash management, liquidity, and capital structure optimization in a complex leveraged environment.

This is more than a treasury role. It is a high impact opportunity for a seasoned treasury executive with a strong corporate finance foundation to shape the financial future of a company with global operations and significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the global treasury strategy in collaboration with the CFO and CEO
• Provide strategic insight on liquidity management, financing strategies, and capital structure optimization
• Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, refinancing, and capital restructuring

Treasury Operations and Risk Management

• Oversee daily cash and liquidity management across global operations
• Lead the development of advanced forecasting models to enhance cash flow visibility
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, credit insurers, and rating agencies
• Direct risk management activities including hedging, interest rate management, and counterparty exposure

Complex Financing and Leveraged Structures

• Manage and optimize leveraged financing structures including asset backed securities and multi layer credit facilities
• Drive refinancing efforts and complex capital market transactions
• Ensure compliance with covenants while delivering accurate and timely reporting to leadership and stakeholders

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead and mentor a high performing treasury team with a global reach
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Align the treasury function to support long term corporate strategy and near term operational execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. Master’s degree CFA or AMCT is preferred
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in corporate treasury with a solid background in corporate finance
• Proven expertise managing complex financing and leveraged structures across global operations
• Strong skills in liquidity forecasting risk management and working capital optimization
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership including the CFO CEO and private equity stakeholders
• Experience in a private equity backed environment is strongly preferred
• Strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional financial acumen
• Deep understanding of corporate finance and capital markets
• Confident and solutions focused leader
• High integrity and professionalism
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence at the highest levels
• Collaborative and adaptable with a global mindset
