RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD, Town of Islip
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. This role requires strong resilience, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies and drive people-related initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Manage a wide spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce management, manpower planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and HR policies.
- Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding in line with manpower needs.
- Workforce Management: Oversee operational HR matters such as manpower budgeting, promotions, analytics, and resource allocation.
- Participate in audits, HR surveys, and regulatory requirements specific to the banking industry.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and process improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 4- 6 years of related experiences
- Prior HR experience, ideally in the banking or financial services industry will be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills to partner effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle high work volume, tight deadlines, and fast-changing priorities.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
