The ideal candidate will have experience working in a shop or warehouse environment, be safety-focused, and able to work in all weather conditions inside an open warehouse.Pay: $20-$28 per hour DOESchedule:Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-SaturdayNight Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday-SaturdayResponsibilities:Perform Flux Core, FCAW, GMAW, and MIG welding on structural steel and other metal componentsRead and follow blueprints, specifications, and shop drawingsSafely operate welding and fabrication equipmentMaintain proper use of PPE and follow company safety standards at all timesWork in various conditions, including hot summer weather in an open warehouseSupport shop and fabrication projects as neededRequirements:Proficiency in Flux Core, FCAW, GMAW, and MIG welding (required)Must have personal safety gear: safety glasses, ankle-high steel-toe boots, safety vest, and face shield with upper and lower bibAbility to pass a 2-hour weld test (required for employment and pay determination)Shop/warehouse experience preferredStructural steel fabrication experience is a plusSpanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to applyReliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Pay Rate : 23.00
