Senior Accountant
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team on a contract basis. This onsite role will support core accounting functions including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
