We work with clients to solve difficult legal problems. You'll independently manage probate and trust administration, and estate litigation clients’ cases from discovery through trial. This includes contested probate matters, trust disputes, will contests, and complex family situations where financial freedom and family stability hang in the balance. Our practice requires real experience in probate and trust administration combined with the skill to anticipate unique legal issues. Each client you represent will present unique challenges: from intricate estate plans to multi-generational family dynamics that demand both legal expertise and an intrinsic desire to creatively solve problems. From day one, you will be empowered to think and act like an owner of the firm. Our Morgan Hill office is located on Monterey Road, in the heart of downtown Morgan Hill. We support your adventures outside the office because we know that living fully makes you better at everything you do, including practicing law. Work from our San Jose (The Alameda) or Morgan Hill offices; flex/remote options available for the right candidate (California Bar license required) Schedule:Monday through Friday with flexibility for life's adventures Compensation:Competitive salary negotiable based on experience, and performance bonuses.
