$130,000 – $200,000 We are seeking a California-licensed Litigation Attorney with strong legal research and writing skills to join our team. This position is ideal for an attorney with at least 2 years of litigation experience who enjoys crafting persuasive arguments and developing legal strategy behind the scenes. The role can be based in-office at our Newport Beach, City of Industry, or San Jose locations, or performed remotely/hybrid from within California. While some court involvement may occur, the primary focus of this role is on legal research, writing, and case strategy. Litigation Attorney Location:

Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation strategy. Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents. Review and analyze discovery, depositions, and case-related materials. Assist in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trial strategy sessions. Stay current on relevant legal developments, case law, and statutory changes. Work collaboratively with trial attorneys, clients, and experts to move cases forward. Maintain organized and accurate case documentation. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active California Bar license and in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on legal research and writing. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Professional, organized, and team-oriented. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who prefers the intellectual and strategic side of litigation over frequent court appearances. We welcome candidates seeking remote or hybrid flexibility, as long as they are California-based and licensed.
