We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Care RN to join our dynamic team on a 26-bed telemetry unit specializing in the care of cardiac patients. This role requires a strong clinical background in telemetry, arrhythmia interpretation, and cardiac medication management.
Key Requirements:
* Active RN license in good standing * Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry/cardiac care experience * Proficient in EPIC - Must pass EPIC skills assessment on first attempt (no retraining offered) * Must successfully pass both: * Telemetry/Arrhythmia Challenge Exam (1 attempt only - pass/fail) * Basic RN Medication Administration Challenge Exam (1 attempt only - pass/fail) * Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
Unit Details:
* 26-bed unit focused on telemetry and cardiac monitoring * High-acuity patient population with cardiac diagnoses and post-intervention care
