Ideal candidates are local to Boise, ID, Timnath, CO, or Midlothian, TX. Summary The HR Director will serve as a partner by ensuring alignment between business operations and human resources practices and objectives. This position involves engaging with directors and VPs on projects and initiatives, providing strong partnership in talent acquisition, leading change, supporting organizational development, guiding performance, interpreting policies, coaching leadership, developing culture, and managing employee relations. The focus is on improving organizational effectiveness through analytics and data. Duties Support complex problem resolution related to performance management, employee relations, and organizational change. Design, develop, and execute full-cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies to attract and select potential candidates aligning with staffing goals and business objectives. Identify training needs with leaders and promote continuous learning, providing coaching and mentoring support as needed. Stay informed of industry trends, new HR technologies, and best practices to attract and retain talent. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, reviewing policies and procedures regularly. Apply and interpret policies consistently across the organization. Communicate and promote HR initiatives within business units to ensure effective utilization. Act as a link between business units and HR teams, fostering collaboration. Promote and embody the company culture, demonstrating alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned, including leading various HR projects. Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role. Strong relationship-building, coaching, and mentoring skills. Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Effective interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
