Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Manager located in San Diego, CA. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee day-to-day production planning, quality control, and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring high-quality standards, optimizing manufacturing processes, and coordinating operations management. The role involves closely monitoring production metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure timely delivery of products. Qualifications Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management Experience in Quality Control and Maintenance of High-Quality Standards Strong skills in Manufacturing Operations and Optimization Competency in Operations Management Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field Experience working for a technical company Seniority level
