The salary for this position is between $225k to $435k. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in IP Litigation cases involving pharmaceutical and biotech companies [large law firm experience is preferred]. Degree in Chemistry or Biology is preferred. Experience in Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation. JD or LLM [or foreign equivalent]. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or ability to become admitted. Strong analytical, organizational, research and writing skills. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Seniority level
