The Job The
Director of Banquets
will be responsible for managing the daily operations of all catering functions, coordinating activities with the Catering, Sales, and Culinary teams, and overseeing catering equipment maintenance and inventory. This role involves the execution and supervision of all banquet functions in meeting spaces. The Director works closely with Conference Services, Catering Managers, the Culinary team, and clients to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This is a highly visible leadership role with a direct impact on guest satisfaction and memorable experiences.

Requirements
Minimum five (5) years in food and beverage operations
High computer literacy
Leadership ability with mentoring and training skills
Basic knowledge of banquet operations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Current Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one within 30 days
The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or resort environment.
Compensation Salary: $85,000 annually
