Enterprise Architect

to our team! This is a full-time position, and the location is Dallas, TX. Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Enterprise Architect to lead design and integration efforts across enterprise platforms including AWS, MuleSoft, Java, Salesforce, and SAP. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that systems across the organization are aligned, scalable, and integrated to support business agility and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will provide architecture governance, solution leadership, and technical direction across cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Define, maintain, and govern enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices across cloud, integration, and application domains. Lead end-to-end solution design and integration architecture across AWS, MuleSoft, Java platforms, Salesforce CRM, and SAP ERP systems. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to develop future-state architecture blueprints and transition roadmaps. Drive API-led connectivity and event-driven architectures, ensuring interoperability and reusability across systems. Evaluate and recommend integration patterns, data flows, and cloud-native solutions that align with enterprise objectives. Oversee architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural guardrails, security, performance, and scalability requirements. Mentor development teams and guide the implementation of architectural decisions and frameworks. Contribute to enterprise data strategy, governance, and security design. Collaborating with project managers, product owners, and engineering leads to align delivery with architectural standards. Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate applicability within the enterprise landscape. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical leadership roles. Demonstrated expertise designing solutions involving AWS, MuleSoft, Java-based applications, Salesforce, and SAP. Deep understanding of integration design patterns (e.g., ESB, API Gateway, pub/sub, ETL, microservices). Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and how to design cohesive architecture across cloud and on-premises environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Ability to simplify complex technical problems and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical leadership roles.
