Job DescriptionJob Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced professional with advanced auditing, consulting, and process management expertise to join our Process Management Group (PMG). This role will serve as a key project manager, facilitator, and analyst—bridging the gap between business processes, legal compliance, and IT applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements in compliance with governing laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.

Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Design, document, and implement new business processes, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into IT requirements and applications.

Evaluate processes for risk and control considerations during design and review stages.

Consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources to produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards.

Develop, maintain, and enforce frameworks that support employee compliance with established policies and procedures.

Prepare high-quality professional documentation, including process maps, procedural guides, and executive reports.

Qualifications Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in auditing, consulting, and process management.

Proven ability to translate complex processes into IT solutions and applications.

Strong understanding of risk assessment and control frameworks.

Exceptional professional writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured documentation.

Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen in project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.

Experience in one or more of the following roles: Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or Legal Analyst, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Auditor

Skills Previous auditing experience with a focus on process design and compliance.

Experience working in a legal or regulated environment.

Proficiency with data analysis tools and business process management software.
