Our client is looking for a Program Manager, Recruiting Operations to join their team in Santa Clara, CA. Reporting directly to the Manager, Recruiting Operations, you will lead efficiency improvements, integrate emerging technologies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will be passionate about process and structure, driving organization and program management within recruiting operations. Your people skills will help rally colleagues around projects, and your organizational skills will ensure projects are mapped out and driven forward. This role offers a significant impact opportunity, with visible improvements appreciated by high-level executives. Responsibilities

Drive execution of recruiting operations projects Identify process gaps and propose solutions Restructure campus and events programs Redesign dashboards and reporting systems Streamline and automate manual processes while ensuring data accuracy Manage project planning, deliverables, and updates Partner with executives to launch new recruiting programs and initiatives Rally teams and stakeholders around shared goals Define scope and framework, bringing structure to projects Embrace emerging technology; drive innovation within recruiting operations Qualifications

5+ years of program management experience in recruiting operations High-growth tech experience Experience designing, implementing, and managing recruiting programs Comfort with AI tools and recruiting systems Data tracking, reporting, and automation experience Additional Details
