The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to support the firm’s strategic growth and culture. This individual will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires and enhance the candidate experience, while partnering closely with hiring managers and Talent leadership to build a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires across departments, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry events. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process. Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Provide support and assistance for campus recruiting efforts, including career fairs, internship programs, and university partnerships. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within public accounting or professional services. Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill positions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust. Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever) Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CPA firm structures and industry-specific talent needs. SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification. What We Offer:
