Company: Japanese Organization Location: Bugis (Nearest MRT Station) AWS + Variable Bonus Job Description: Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, with clear understanding of company’s vision and management strategy, the Head of Sales is accountable for achieving OSM targets set by company top management by developing and implementing sales & BD strategies and action plans, through inspiring and leading a team of dedicated sale and BD members. Job Responsibilities: Fully responsible for order, sales, margin and receivables within Company’s Singapore marketplaces Develop and implement overall sales and business development strategies and action plans in accordance to company’s management strategy and business objectives Inspire, lead, manage and grow the sales and business development team Set and communicate clear and measurable KPIs to each reporting team members and closely monitor the performances so as to achieve company budget Guide business development activities to capture and to materialize new opportunities Ensure the highest customer satisfaction level by assuring quality sales and service activities are conducted Prepare reports and attend monthly management meetings Work closely with other departments (engineering, administration, FA etc) to ensure smooth operations Perform any other Ad Hoc duties assigned by Company Job Requirements: Bachelor degree holder preferably in the field of industry system engineering or electrical engineering 8-10 years B2B working experience in which minimum 4 years of managing a sale team Preferably with good knowledge on drives, motors, automation systems or substations With strong skills in leadership, analysing, planning, communication and negotiations Confident team player Interested applicants please apply directly for further shortlisting review.
