Field Marketing Manager

to help drive growth during an exciting period of change. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker who can bring bold ideas to life, partner cross-functionally, and deliver programs that have a real business impact. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will oversee demand generation initiatives and marketing events across the Northeast region. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and channel partners to deliver impactful campaigns that build pipeline, drive awareness, and generate new business opportunities. What You’ll Do Develop strategic regional marketing plans to drive pipeline and revenue goals. Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute regional programs, including in-person and virtual seminars, webinars, executive engagements, third-party conferences, networking events, and meeting maker programs. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of marketing initiatives that exceed targets. Build and maintain relationships with channel and ecosystem partners to strengthen value propositions and expand market presence. Track lead flow to ensure timely follow-up by Sales, maximizing event and campaign ROI. Monitor key metrics and KPIs in Salesforce and Tableau. Manage the quarterly regional field marketing budget. Analyze program performance using data-driven insights and reporting. Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption of marketing programs by creating awareness, excitement, and engagement. Support corporate initiatives by sharing feedback, best practices, and serving as a marketing advocate for the region. Experience & Skills You’ll Bring 7+ years of experience in field or event marketing roles within a high-growth technology company. Proven expertise in Field and Channel Marketing with a track record of career growth. Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously and pivot quickly as priorities evolve. Strong communication skills with the ability to align regional marketing plans with Sales and channel partners. Deep understanding of the IT buyer journey; ability to design programs tailored to buyer personas. Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong project management, negotiation, and decision-making abilities with data-driven thinking. Experience building trusted relationships with sales teams, distributors, resellers, and customers. Highly accountable with strong ownership, able to clearly communicate results back to leadership. Analytical and outcome-driven, with a proven ability to execute creative, impactful field marketing programs. Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools (Salesforce.com, GSuite, Splash preferred). BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. Seniority level
