What You Will Be Doing
Guiding gifted and talented learners to set personal learning objectives, ensuring a harmonious blend of academic challenge and life skills development such as resilience and grit. Utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and ensure each student attains their full potential at an accelerated rate. Interacting with students to motivate, inspire, and lead them through their fast-paced learning journey, fostering a supportive and vibrant educational atmosphere. Partnering with a team committed to reinventing education for gifted students, exchanging insights and strategies to further our shared mission.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Adhering to a uniform approach to education. Engaging in traditional classroom management or disciplinary roles. Conforming to the limitations of standard educational pacing and curricula.
Youth Program Director Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility is to inspire, mentor, and guide gifted and talented learners, enabling them to complete their high school education by the end of their 8th-grade year through a personalized, innovative, and accelerated learning pathway.
Basic Requirements
Proven record of academic excellence, such as being a National Merit or Presidential Scholar recipient, placing in academic Olympiads, earning a prestigious academic scholarship, being a dual-enrolled student, etc. Experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles. Proficiency in using generative AI for personal or professional purposes. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Willing to work in-person in Austin, TX.
