What You Will Be Doing
- Design and implement personalized learning pathways for gifted students, balancing academic acceleration with critical life skills development
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to optimize learning experiences, track progress metrics, and drive unprecedented educational outcomes
- Provide high-impact coaching sessions that inspire intellectual curiosity and academic excellence in our gifted student population
- Collaborate with our elite educational team to continuously refine our accelerated learning methodologies and student success strategies
- Implementing standardized curriculum that fails to challenge exceptional minds
- Managing classroom discipline issues or administrative paperwork that diverts focus from student achievement
- Working within traditional educational constraints that limit student potential
- Following outdated pedagogical approaches designed for average learning trajectories

Basic Requirements
- Exceptional academic pedigree (e.g., National Merit/Presidential Scholar, academic Olympiad placement, prestigious scholarship recipient, or dual-enrollment achievement)
- Proven track record in educational mentorship, coaching, or teaching with measurable student outcomes
- Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools and their educational applications
- Superior communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to young gifted learners
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Commitment to work in-person at our Austin, TX campus

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
