Perform daily assignments associated with Tool Belt Project list including but not limited to Mechanical, Seismic Bracing, Electrical, Architectural, Rigging, Decontamination, Other activities as qualified to perform.
Assist Project Managers with the Install/Remove Small Tools (Electrical, Mechanical, ducting, Gas Lines, decontamination, earthquake bracing).
Provide assistance to Project managers for project Punch List close out items.
Perform Clean Safe and Secure action items as assigned.
Detailed coordination of sub-contractor work to support Tool Belt Program activities:
Coordinate and attend Tool Belt Project walk-throughs.
Obtain construction bids from approved sub-contractors.
Coordinate/oversee sub-contractor activities and safety compliance.
Coordinate Work Order program for sub-contractor payment.
Use knowledge and experience to ensure that all work performed, and work performed by sub-contractors, comply with all safety policies.
Ensure assigned Tool Belt Project schedules are met.
Create/coordinate and obtain approval for required building alert.
Other responsibilities as assigned by employer and/or client.

College Degree with 2+ years of industry experience or 3+ years of industry experience Knowledge of cleanroom protocols Experience interfacing with members of various departments Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage sub-contractors

Frequently required to sit. Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity. Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl. Continually required to talk or hear. Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts Occasionally work in high, precarious places Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision; Distance vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, a hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and respirators. Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
