About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, High Net Worth Planning Services Strategist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consultative support to advisors who serve high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients. This includes strategy development for holistic and estate planning, practice coaching, transition support, and client presentation. The role requires the ability to navigate sophisticated and complex cases, as well as leadership skills to manage a group of subject matter experts in investments, tax, and estate planning. The VP will also be involved in training and educating advisors on the various needs of their clients and the features of the company's advisory platforms.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a CFP, JD, or LLM, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 10 years of experience in advisory and fee-based platforms, with a focus on advanced financial, tax, and estate planning, and institutional client needs. A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience is also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical planning acumen, including knowledge of eMoney, and the ability to articulate market and economic impacts, as well as technical investment characteristics. The role demands a polished and organized presence, with the ability to engage in speaking and presentation activities. The candidate should be adept at opportunity and engagement tracking, and reporting, and be prepared for some travel to regional, national, and advisor events for consultation support and training.
