About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enterprise Program Management to lead the establishment and operation of the Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) within the CFO organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic and execution-driven leader, responsible for creating the frameworks, standards, and governance to manage high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This includes the rollout of new products and the implementation of new pricing mechanisms. The role demands a builder and operator who can design the PMO from scratch and lead its most critical programs, working closely with leaders in finance, product, engineering, sales, and operations to ensure the delivery of programs that accelerate growth, improve adoption, and enable predictable revenue.
Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years of experience leading cross-functional programs in technology companies, with a preference for those with a background in software. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with strong business and technical acumen, particularly in the areas of product lifecycle, metering, and billing. The role also requires significant experience in a leadership position, focusing on building and managing a PMO, and executive-level communication skills with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification and experience in directly reporting to C-suite executives. The role is pivotal in driving the company's most important initiatives and demands a leader who can identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs early, and develop effective mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
