About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Vice President of Enterprise Program Management to establish and oversee the Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) within our CFO organization. This leadership role requires a visionary who can create the frameworks, standards, and governance necessary to manage high-impact, cross-functional initiatives effectively. You'll be pivotal in rolling out new products and implementing innovative pricing mechanisms.
As a builder and operator, your expertise will be key in designing the PMO from the ground up while leading critical programs alongside finance, product, engineering, sales, and operations leaders to drive growth, enhance adoption, and enable predictable revenue. To succeed, you should possess at least 10 years of experience guiding cross-functional programs in technology companies, preferably with a strong software background. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with robust business and technical skills in product lifecycle, metering, and billing.
We value leadership and communication skills highly; therefore, significant experience in a senior management role building and managing a PMO is essential. You will also need to demonstrate proficiency in influencing senior leadership and possess a PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent certification. This role is crucial in driving our most vital initiatives, requiring you to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs, developing effective mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
