About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to serve as the Senior Vice President and lead the HR strategy for its global network of retail and hospitality operations. The CHRO will be responsible for aligning HR activities, services, and programs with the company's mission and business lines, providing executive leadership in all HR matters, and ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the enterprise's goals. This role involves leading a large HR team, overseeing talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management, and driving transformational organizational initiatives. The successful candidate will also be a key member of the Executive Committee, championing HR concerns and providing strategic guidance to the CEO and peers.

The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of senior executive-level managerial capability in HR, including in-depth knowledge of HR areas such as labor management, employee relations, training, and organizational development.
