Actuary – Annuities Modeling (MG-ALFA, *Remote*)

In Boston, MA (*Fully Remote* position): Our client is searching for an Actuarial professional, ASA-level, to support them with modeling on a fully remote, contract basis. The ideal candidate for this role will possess their ASA/FSA, and bring a strong modeling background in MG-ALFA, and a true focus on annuities (as the function is primarily FIA specific). Perform risk analysis and modeling for annuity products. Prepare statutory, tax, and GAAP valuation reports. Collaborate with other departments to design and price new annuity products. Analyze and report on profitability and financial stability of annuity products. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and actuarial guidelines. Mentor junior actuarial staff and oversee their development. Key Skills

Strong expertise in actuarial methodologies and statistical analysis related to annuities. Proficient in using actuarial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to interpret complex actuarial data. Demonstrated capability for decision-making and problem-solving. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
