About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the launch and long-term operations of a new 96-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a culture that prioritizes high-quality care and patient safety, managing day-to-day operations to achieve key performance objectives, and maintaining a deeply partnered relationship with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a visionary leader with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership or CEO role within a behavioral health, acute care, or managed care environment, and a proven track record in facility administration and clinical operations. The CEO will be instrumental in creating and maintaining a network of local constituency groups, recruiting allied health professionals, and leading the development of a continuum of care that includes comprehensive outpatient services and community-based programs.
Candidates for the CEO position at the company's new behavioral health hospital should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a strong knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations governing mental health and addiction treatment. The role demands a transformational leader with strong financial acumen, a history of developing high-performing teams, and experience in business development processes.
