About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its 113-bed facility, which is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. The successful CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospital operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This pivotal leadership role requires a dynamic executive with a proven track record in behavioral health or acute healthcare settings, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain high-performing teams. The CEO will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives to grow service lines, expand community partnerships, and strengthen referral relationships, all while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership or CEO role.
