The Company is seeking a Production Management Operations & Strategic Data Lead Analyst, VP to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical initiatives that drive improvements in overall operational stability. This role requires a natural leader with extensive communication skills, the ability to approach situations from a critical standpoint, and a focus on supporting the production management team with administrative structure and strategic support for workforce transformation, business data analytics, and reporting. The role also involves executing business processes in various areas, including workforce management, third-party management oversight, and financial stewardship, and addressing operational, financial, and workforce risks.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a technology environment, with at least 3 years of solid experience in using Tableau and Excel. Database framework, design, query, and SQL experience are highly desirable. The role demands a proven track record in providing executive-level reporting, developing efficient processes, and partnering with global support teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple audiences. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, and the candidate should be a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude, and a strong focus on client service.
