About the Role
The Company is seeking a Cash and Collateral Management Lead Analyst with a VP level of experience. The successful candidate will be a strategic professional, staying current with industry developments and contributing to the business's directional strategy. This role requires a recognized technical authority in the field, with a strong commercial awareness and the ability to have a significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. The Lead Analyst will be responsible for the integrity of processes, operations, and associated results, and will provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. The position demands a professional with 6-10 years of experience, who is a subject matter expert in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas, or products, and who can influence strategic functional decisions. Key responsibilities for this role include managing the on-boarding of new client requirements, business analysis, and testing, as well as working on global strategic and regulatory projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in new business implementations, project management, and a solid understanding of listed and OTC products. They should be adept at all aspects of testing, from preparation to implementation, and have experience in risk, issue, incident, and defect management. The role also requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, the ability to lead by example, and a commitment to process improvement, client service, control, and cost reduction.
