About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President. The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor, working closely with the EVP to advance strategic initiatives that align with the company's mission in various sectors. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 7 years' of management experience, and a strong understanding of the mission and complexity of large, decentralized, mission-driven organizations. A graduate degree and management experience in a highly complex organization are preferred. The role requires independent judgment, highly developed interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority. The Chief of Staff will be expected to handle confidential matters with discretion, apply critical thinking, and demonstrate operational expertise. Strong collaboration, organizational efficiency, and communication fluency are crucial for success in this position.
